Certificates from prior lots are held on file for five years and sent on request. Email the batch number printed on your vial and we send that lot’s signed certificate. What the panel covers is on the Lab Tests page.

Request a certificate for any lot we have shipped
Retain samples and signed certificates are held under storage spec for five years from release. Send the batch number from your vial or your order number and customer service replies with that lot’s certificate, as issued by the manufacturer’s QC laboratory.
