How do I know the purity is real?

Pure North commissioned Canada Peptide Testing, as a paying client, and publishes 13 independent reports at /lab-results/. Each report covers only its named sample, vial size and lot or assigned reference. Manufacturer QC documents may be available on request for other peptide lots; they are not independent reports. Selank, Semax and Tirzepatide COAs are temporarily unavailable. Bacteriostatic water has no COA.

What do the published reports measure?

The published Canada Peptide Testing reports measure RP-HPLC-UV area purity and content. They do not include mass-spectrometry identity, endotoxin, water content or a related-substances breakdown. These results do not establish clinical safety or regulatory approval.

Does a published report cover every lot or vial size?

No. Match the compound, vial size and printed lot to the report before relying on it. An assigned reference is not automatically the batch code on a vial. If they differ, email purenorthpeptides@proton.me with the vial details and report number to confirm the connection. Do not extend a report to another size or lot.

Are the certificates third-party?

13 vial sizes have independent certificates. Canada Peptide Testing, an independent laboratory, tested our bestsellers, and those certificates are published in full at /lab-results/. Other peptide lots can carry the manufacturer's own QC certificate, which is not independent, and we say so. Either way, if your own HPLC assay does not match the certificate for your batch, we refund the order in full and cover the cost of the test. Bacteriostatic water does not have a COA.

Are all published purity results at least 99%?

We do not claim a universal 99% purity floor. The 13 published reports specify ≥ 98.0% area purity; their measured area purity ranges from 98.84% to 99.98%. Results below 99% are published too: Thymosin Alpha-1 10 mg vial: 98.91%; TB-500 10 mg vial: 98.84%. Read each original report at /lab-results/. Area purity is separate from measured content and does not establish clinical safety, sterility or regulatory approval.

Can I get a COA before I order?

Published independent certificates are linked on the product pages and in Lab Results. For another peptide lot, email purenorthpeptides@proton.me with the SKU. Bac water has no COA. Historical batch data is available on request too.

Do you ship internationally?

No, Canada only. That's deliberate: domestic shipping removes the border-seizure risk entirely.

How fast will it arrive?

About four days to most Canadian addresses. We dispatch within 24-48 hours via Canada Post Xpresspost, tracked. Flat $30 CAD shipping; free over $300.

How do I pay?

Interac e-Transfer from any Canadian bank, or Bitcoin. There is no card checkout, so no card details are entered anywhere. Your order is confirmed once the transfer is received.

Do you offer refunds or returns?

All sales are final: peptides are temperature-sensitive, tamper-sealed laboratory chemicals and cannot return to inventory. The one exception is the test-match guarantee above. Damage on receipt is reviewed case by case if you email within 7 days of delivery.

How long are samples retained?

A physical retain of every lot is archived for five years from release, so a question about a past lot can be answered from the same lot we shipped.

Can you source a compound that isn't in the catalog?

Often, yes. Email purenorthpeptides@proton.me with the compound and quantity. We'll tell you whether we can source it with a batch certificate, along with lead time and pricing.

What does "research use only" mean?

Our products are sold for laboratory research use only. They are not approved by Health Canada or the FDA for human or veterinary use. Please use them in accordance with that designation and applicable law.
