How to pay: Interac e-Transfer or Bitcoin.

Two ways to pay, neither involving a card. If you've ever sent money to a friend from your bank's app, you already know how the first one works.

The short version. Place your order and choose Interac e-Transfer or Bitcoin. For e-Transfer, the confirmation page shows an email address and an exact amount: send that from your bank's app with your order number in the message. For Bitcoin, it shows our wallet address and the CAD total: send the equivalent and email us the transaction hash. We ship within 1 business day of confirming payment.

Step 1: place your order

1. Add products to your cart from the catalog.
2. Click Checkout and fill in your contact and shipping details.
3. Under Payment, choose Interac e-Transfer or Bitcoin.
4. Click Place order. The confirmation page shows your payment details and your order number (it looks like PN-XXXX). Nothing is charged at this step.

Step 2: send the Interac e-Transfer

Open your banking app or website. Interac e-Transfer works at every major Canadian bank: RBC, TD, Scotiabank, BMO, CIBC, National Bank, Tangerine, Simplii, and most credit unions.

1. Find Interac e-Transfer (sometimes under “Send Money” or “Transfers”).
2. Add a recipient using the email address shown on your confirmation page. The confirmation page has a copy button for it.
3. Enter the exact amount shown, in CAD.
4. In the message or memo field, type your order number. This is how we match your payment to your order, so please don't skip it.
5. Review and send.

Autodeposit is on, so there is no security question to set. If your bank insists on one anyway, choose anything simple and mention it in an email.

Prefer Bitcoin? Pay direct to our wallet

We accept Bitcoin sent straight to our own wallet, with no third-party processor. Pick Bitcoin at checkout.

1. The confirmation page shows the wallet address (with a copy button), the order total in CAD and the BTC amount at the current rate.
2. From your wallet or exchange, send that amount to the address shown. Rates move, so send promptly; we reconcile against the CAD value on confirmation.
3. Reply to your confirmation email with the transaction hash so we can match the payment.
4. We confirm the payment on-chain and ship within 1 business day of confirmation.

When does the order ship?

Once we receive and confirm your payment the order moves to processing. We ship within 1 business day of receiving payment, by Canada Post Xpresspost, about four days to most Canadian addresses. You can check any order on the order status page.
