This website and the products offered herein are intended exclusively for qualified researchers and laboratories. By placing an order, you affirm that:

You are at least 18 years of age and are legally able to purchase research chemicals in your jurisdiction.
You are purchasing products solely for in vitro laboratory research.
You are not purchasing for human or animal consumption, therapy, diagnosis, prevention, or cure of any condition.
You will not resell, redistribute, or repackage products for therapeutic use.
You are legally entitled to receive research chemicals in your jurisdiction.

2. Products are not approved drugs

None of the peptides or compounds offered by Pure North Peptides Inc. ("Pure North," "we," "us") have been evaluated, reviewed, or approved by Health Canada, the United States Food and Drug Administration (FDA), the European Medicines Agency (EMA), or any other regulatory authority as drugs. Products are sold as research chemicals only. They are not dietary supplements, nutraceuticals, cosmetics, drugs, or medical devices.

The information provided on product pages, the Journal, the FAQ, the Quality page, the Lab Results page, and elsewhere on this website is for scientific and educational purposes. Nothing on this website constitutes medical advice, treatment recommendations, dosing instructions, or therapeutic guidance. Consult a licensed physician for medical concerns.

3. Lawful research

You agree to use Pure North products only in a research setting that is compliant with all applicable laws, regulations, and institutional policies. This includes but is not limited to: Health Canada Food and Drugs Act and regulations; the U.S. Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act and FDA compounding rules (Sections 503A and 503B); provincial pharmacy and therapeutics legislation; and your institution's biosafety and chemical safety protocols.

Pure North reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order that we reasonably believe is intended for unlawful use or compounding into unapproved drugs.

4. Order acceptance & pricing

An order is not accepted until Pure North issues a confirmation email. Prices, availability, and specifications are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing or descriptive errors and to limit order quantities. All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD).

5. Shipping

Orders dispatched from Canada via ~4 days courier. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier. Pure North is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or force majeure events.

6. Returns and refunds

All sales are final. Pure North does not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges. Research peptides and reagents are temperature-sensitive, lot-traceable laboratory chemicals; once a cold-chain shipment leaves our facility, the chain of custody is broken and the material cannot be resold or returned to inventory. By placing an order you accept that all sales are final. See the Returns policy for the post-delivery review process — any remedy after delivery is at Pure North's sole discretion and not promised in advance.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pure North Peptides Inc., its officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profit, data, or goodwill. Pure North's total aggregate liability for any claim arising from a product or order shall not exceed the purchase price of that product or order.

Pure North makes no warranty of fitness for a particular purpose. Products are sold "as is" for laboratory research use. The buyer assumes all risk associated with the receipt, handling, storage, and use of the product.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pure North Peptides Inc. from any claim, damage, liability, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of: (a) your misuse of the product, including any administration to humans or animals; (b) your breach of these Terms; (c) your violation of any applicable law or regulation.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, photography, design, the Pure North Peptides name and L-hex logo, and software — is owned by Pure North Peptides Inc. and protected by copyright and trademark law. No reproduction or commercial reuse without written permission.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute is the courts located in Canada.

11. Changes to these terms

Pure North may revise these Terms at any time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
