No refunds and no returns. Research peptides are temperature-sensitive, tamper-sealed, lot-traceable laboratory chemicals. Once a shipment leaves our facility we cannot verify subsequent storage conditions or vial integrity, and material cannot be returned to inventory.

Pure North Peptides does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. Research peptides and reagents are temperature-sensitive, tamper-sealed, lot-traceable laboratory chemicals. Once a shipment leaves our facility we cannot verify subsequent storage conditions or vial integrity, and the material cannot be resold or returned to inventory. By placing an order you accept that all sales are final.
The one exception: test-match guarantee
Run your own HPLC assay on any vial. If the result does not match the manufacturer's certificate of analysis for that batch, we refund the order in full and cover the cost of your test. Email purenorthpeptides@proton.me with the order number, the batch number on the vial and the assay report. This is the only refund we promise, and it is the one that matters: it is a check on the claim we make.
If something looks wrong on receipt
Lots are released against a batch certificate and shipments are tracked end-to-end. If a shipment arrives with visibly damaged packaging or a vial appears compromised on opening, email purenorthpeptides@proton.me within 7 days of delivery with:
- • Your order number and batch/lot number.
- • Photos of the packaging and vial as received (please don't reconstitute or open further until we reply).
- • The Canada Post tracking report if applicable.
We review each report individually. Any remedy, including reshipment, store credit, or another arrangement, is at our sole discretion and not promised in advance. Reports submitted past the 7-day window may not be eligible for any review.
Order cancellations
Before dispatch: email purenorthpeptides@proton.me and we'll attempt to stop the order. Once a shipment is in transit, cancellation is no longer possible. Crypto payments that have already settled on-chain cannot be reversed under any circumstance.
Acknowledgement
By placing an order you confirm you have read product specifications, requested any lot-specific Certificate of Analysis you wanted to review, and accepted the Research Use Declaration. You acknowledge that all sales are final, no refunds are offered beyond the test-match guarantee above, and any post-delivery review is at our sole discretion.
