Growth-hormone-releasing hormone analog

CJC-1295 (no DAC)

Also known as Modified GRF (1-29)

A short-acting GHRH analog (no drug-affinity complex) frequently paired with a GHS in growth-axis research.

CJC-1295 without DAC is a modified GRF(1-29) analog that stimulates the growth-hormone-releasing-hormone receptor. The 'no DAC' form is short-acting and is commonly studied alongside a growth-hormone secretagogue such as ipamorelin to examine synergistic GH-pulse profiles.

Common research areas

  • GHRH-receptor activation
  • GHRH + GHS combination research
  • GH-axis signaling studies
